Higher awareness meditation – start with ‘focused meditation with breath work’ and then progress into ‘transcendental meditation’ to increase awareness). This meditation is to help people who struggle with over-thinking, and to tranform thinking into flowing energy awareness. This is the next level from progressive awareness, and into higher awareness. Pay attention to your senses. Focus on what you feel, and then what you hear, and then what you know and realise, and then what you see (with your eyes open now).
