If in the unlikely event that you wish to have a refund, please see the refund options below.
Readings/1 on 1 single sessions/appointments
All readings, advice and healing are for entertainment purposes, and no guarantees are given in the unlikely even that you should be dissatisfied with my service. You are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, unless we have made a call already for 5 minutes or more. In the unlikely event that your are not satisfied after you have had your reading, session or appointment, you are not entitled to any refund.
Courses
You are entitled to a full refund up within 7 days of your purchase, until we have started our first session/video call session. If you wish to have a refund before the video sessions on the course have begun, you will be given a 100% refund. However, no refund will be given after the first video call session has ended, unless you tell me in the first session that you aren’t satisfied with the way things have worked. You will therefore not be entitled to any refund or monies claimed after the first session has ended, or thereafter. If you haven’t started the course you paid for within 30 days of payment, no refund will be given, you will still be entitled to receiving the course you paid for. The names, structure and content covered in the courses may change at any time, and without prior notice. If you start a course with me and then decide to cancel it after it has started, you will not be entitled to a refund.
1 on 1 mentoring sessions/1 on 1 weekly sessions & mentoring packages
You are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, up until we have started our first session/video call session. If you wish to have a refund before the first video session has begun, you will be given a 100% refund. However, no refund will be given after the first video call session has ended, unless you tell me in the first session that you aren’t satisfied with the way things have worked. You will therefore not be entitled to any refund or monies claimed after the first session has ended, or thereafter. If you haven’t started the mentoring session/s that you have you paid for within 30 days of payment, no refund will be given, you will still be entitled to receiving the session/s that you have paid for. The names, structure and content covered in the mentoring may change at any time, and without prior notice. If you start a mentoring package/bundle with me, and then decide to cancel it after it has started, you will not be entitled to a refund. However, I may offer you an exchange (changing of services, such as swapping your mentoring session/s for things like card readings etc).
Appointment Times
On some occassions, appointment times might be delayed. I work to a flexible schedule where on occassions I may be slightly late, but I also give flexibility to others if they are late too. I give people what they need in each mentoring session, and sometimes that may be time consuming because I need to give them a bit more time than anticipated, and it may cause me to be a little late for other appointment. I do not abandon someone in need, so this is why sometimes appointments may run over a little in time. No refunds are given in the event of lateness, if notice is given to you within a timely manner. In the event of any lateness, we may reschedule if you prefer.
Energy Healing
Whilst energy healing is very affective for most people, I cannot guarantee it’s success due to a number of factors including your susceptibility, and you can also undo healing work yourself by lowering your vibration and the mind can also play a part in blocking healing too. It is very unlikely not to work or at least have some affect, however, it cannot be guaranteed. By proceeding with your payment, you are accepting this risk and no refund shall be given in the unlikely event that the healing isn’t as successful as you’d hoped. Chakra Healing/Tuning/Balancing/Work
Whilst chakra work is very affective for most people, I cannot guarantee it’s success due to a number of factors including your susceptibility, and you can also undo work yourself by lowering your vibration and the mind can also play a part in blocking chakra’s too. It is very unlikely not to work or at least have some affect, however, it cannot be guaranteed. By proceeding with your payment, you are accepting this risk and no refund shall be given in the unlikely event that the chakra work isn’t as successful as you’d hoped. Inner Magic Spiritual Retreat
All deposits are non-refundable, and they do not include flights (that’s your responsibility). By ticking the terms and conditions box, and proceeding with your payment, you agree to waiving your right to a refund once your booking has been placed.
